Terms of Service

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using wrightsystems.ai, booking a strategy call, or engaging Wright Systems for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

2Services

Wright Systems provides done-for-you revenue infrastructure services. Depending on your selected package, services may include:

• Brand research, competitor analysis, and market positioning
• Funnel design and development including landing pages and opt-in pages
• AI agent setup and configuration for lead qualification and follow-up
• CRM setup, automation workflows, and pipeline configuration
• Paid advertising management across Meta and other platforms
• Video production, editing, and creative content
• Graphic design including ad creative, brand assets, and social content
• Email and SMS automation sequences
• Internet presence and Google Business optimization
• Monthly reporting, analytics, and strategy calls

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in your individual service agreement or proposal. Services are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Timelines stated (such as "brand launched in as little as 14 days") are estimates and may vary based on business complexity, package selected, and client responsiveness in providing required materials.

3Payment & Refunds

All pricing is outlined in your service agreement. By engaging Wright Systems you agree to the following payment terms:

• Setup fees are due at the time of agreement and are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to [email protected]
• Late payments may result in paused services until the balance is resolved
• Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) arrangements are subject to their own separate terms

4Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for delivered work, all creative assets, funnels, copy, graphics, and systems produced specifically for your business become your property.

Wright Systems retains the right to:

• Display completed client work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Use anonymized performance data and results for case studies and testimonials
• Retain ownership of proprietary frameworks, templates, and methodologies used in the creation of your assets

The Wright Systems brand, logo, website, and all associated materials remain the exclusive property of Wright Systems and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5Communication & SMS

By submitting your information through any form on wrightsystems.ai or checking the SMS opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive communications from Wright Systems including:

• SMS text messages regarding your strategy call, services, and follow-up
• Email communications regarding your inquiry and active services
• Phone calls to schedule or confirm your strategy call

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

6Limitation of Liability

Wright Systems provides services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wright Systems shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from third-party platform changes (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Results not meeting projected or expected outcomes

In no event shall Wright Systems' total liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you to Wright Systems in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

7Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Wright Systems reserves the right to immediately terminate services in cases of:

• Non-payment or repeated late payment
• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Requests to engage in illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activity
• Abusive or hostile conduct toward our team

Upon termination, all completed and paid-for assets will be delivered to the client. Unpaid balances remain due regardless of termination status.

8Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Houston, Texas.

Wright Systems reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
